This is a product that bolsters your immune system, the reality of seeing a difference is anecdotal in that the duration and frequency of feeling unwell or catching colds should significantly reduce.

Who should be using this product and are there any age restrictions?

In short, there are no restrictions and it is relevant to any age or person. If you are able to eat a super healthy balanced diet and likely hitting all your nutrient targets then amazing ! However, the reality is that it simply doesn't occur for the vast majority of people.
