With 11 active ingredients and a further 8 key vitamins and minerals we truly believe this formula stands on its own.
Although designed to be consumed as a warm chocolate drink, the versatile powder allows it to be mixed into other formats such as smoothies and yoghurts.
L-Glycine, an amino acid and inhibitory neurotransmitter to calm the central nervous system.
Magnesium to activate the parasympathetic nervous system which calms and relaxes you. Magnesium can also regulate the hormone melatonin, responsible for guiding the body’s sleep-wake cycles.
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid (high amounts found in dairy such as milk) that helps the body make proteins and certain brain-signaling chemicals. Your body changes L-Tryptophan into a brain chemical called serotonin. Serotonin helps control your mood and sleep.
Zinc to support normal cognitive function.
L-Theanine helps to maintain an optimal relaxation and a healthy sleep.

How and when should I take the Sleep Remedy?
The Sleep Remedy was initially designed as a warm bedtime drink, however there are a few different ways that you can use the powder so please check out our socials !
Hot Chocolate
1 - Open one sachet into the bottom of a cup or mug whilst you boil a kettle
2 - Once ready, pour a small amount over the powder and stir thoroughly to dissolve
3 - Fill the remainder of your cup with the milk of your choice, microwave to warm and enjoy..
How long does it take to see results with the Sleep Remedy?
The benefits of the Sleep Remedy can be felt instantly and after just one serving/evening. The advanced formula begins to work right away where the calming and relaxing effects are felt as quickly as 30 minutes.
Common feedback is that after 3-5 days of consistent use the quality of sleep increases significantly but mainly the energy levels the following day are very evident !
Is the Sleep Remedy Gluten, Dairy, Wheat and Lactose free?
Yes it is !
Please review the full ingredient list to see that we do not add any supporting ingredients that contain gluten, dairy, wheat or lactose. We do recommend mixing the formula with milk, however this can be a personal choice of dairy, almond, oat, soy etc..
At what age is it possible to use the Sleep Remedy?
The formula contains only natural ingredients, which are all independently tested to ensure maximum safety.
However, for any concerns we would advise to speak with your GP about any of the ingredients present in the product.

Does the Sleep Remedy have a sedative or groggy effect?
No !
The formula contains only natural ingredients that help promote relaxation and restful sleep.
There should be no sedative effect and to date we have not had any customer experience this.
Are there any added sugars in the Sleep Remedy?
No !
We do not include any added sugars in the formula. Any potential sweetness may come from the organic coconut milk powder.
Are the product and ingredients independently tested and manufactured in the UK?
Yes to both ! Our manufacturing partner is based in the UK and has been blending since the mid 90's, ensuring the safety of all ingredients but just as importantly on how the product mixes and tastes.
